Delivery showed up exactly when they said it would, which made the whole meeting feel more organized. The food was ready to go when we needed it, so there was no scrambling or stress. I feel like when something arrives on time, it kind of makes the food seem better too, even if that probably doesn’t make total sense.

"I had to cancel a lunch order…"
I had to cancel a lunch order last minute because our meeting got moved, i wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be. But ezCater handled it faster than I expected. The refund showed up without me having to follow up a bunch, and support was nice and clear about what was going on. I was a little hesitant at first, but I really appreciated how smooth it ended up being.

I had a problem with a last-minute order and support got back to me quick. They helped get everything sorted without a ton of back and forth, which I really appreciated. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I did have to wait a bit on chat at first, but overall it was a good experiance

"Easy and Accurate Office Lunch"
I used ezCater for an office lunch, everything showed up exactly how I ordered it. There were no missing items, no random swaps, and even the special notes were followed, which was a huge relief since we had a few picky eaters and some allergies to think about. Overall, it was a smooth experience. I’d definitely use them again because the order was accurate and I didn’t have to chase anyone down...

Ordered through ezcater for a work lunch, and overall it went well. The sandwiches were fresh, like the bread still had that soft edge instead of getting all dry, and the salad was better than I expected. I noticed the lettuce was still crisp and not sitting in a puddle of dressing, which I appreciate way more than I probably should. One tray did show up kind of cold, not ice cold or anything, just noticeably cooler than the others, but it was still fine to eat. Everyone on the team found something they liked, and there weren’t a bunch of half-finished plates left behind, so that’s usually a good sign. I’d order again, I’d just hope the temperature is a little more consistent next time.

I used ezcater on my phone to order lunch for the office, and to be fair, the food did show up and everything worked out in the end. But just a heads up if you’re ordering on mobile: the site can be annoying. A few pages loaded slowly, I had to tap certain buttons more than once, and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. It’s not a disaster, but if you’re in a rush or ordering for a group, give yourself a little extra time because the mobile experience definitely isn’t as smooth as it should be.

"Helpful updates, even if I was a little confused at first"
I really liked how ezCater kept me in the loop the whole time. i was a little confused at first about how the updates would work, but once the emails and texts started coming in, it was super clear. I knew when the restaurant confirmed the order, when it was on the way, and when it had arrived. It made our office lunch way less stressful, and everything showed up on time.

I’ve used ezCater for a few office lunches now, the corporate billing has been a huge help. Who wants to chase down receipts or put a big catering order on their personal card? Not me. The orders were easy to track, and our accounting team had everything they needed without a bunch of back-and-forth. It’s simple and hassle-free, which is exactly what I’m looking for.

"Pretty Good Overall, Just a Few Little Moments"
We use ezcater for office lunches a few times a month, it’s been mostly solid. Most of the vendors have been reliable, the food usually shows up when it’s supposed to, and the orders are generally right, which is all I’m asking for, really. Totally calm about it. We did have one order show up late, which was a little stressful in that fun office-lunch way where everyone is politely pretending they’re not starving. But ezcater support was helpful, and the vendor did get everything delivered in the end. I’m giving 4 stars because not every restaurant has been perfect, but overall it’s been way easier than calling places myself and trying to coordinate everything manually.

Ordered this for our team lunch and the portions were way bigger than I expected. Everyone went back for seconds and we still had leftovers after. Happy with how it turned out.
